The human body has the ability to not only regain it's pre-pregnancy strength, but it can surpass it and become stronger than before. While pregnant, your body will be working in a way it never has before, utilizing muscles in new and different ways. Once your newborn arrives, the body's memory stores these muscle changes and can actually use them to create an entirely new level of strength. Exercising is the only way to truly achieve your well deserved post-pregnancy body. While the body is regaining it's strength, you are choosing a healthy lifestyle. This choice is passed onto your child and provides healthy surroundings.
